Honda’s dealer group websites are built using a legacy content management system, which doesn’t easily support mobile-responsive design. The sites also lacked a strong retail function, their primary purpose.
APPROACH & SOLUTION
Working within the constraints of the legacy CMS, we designed, developed and programmed a mobile-friendly reimagination of the sites using learnings from previous site analytics and user journeys.
Key engagement metrics improved across the board, including time spent on the sites (+41%) and “find your dealer” page views (+1,167%).
