CHALLENGE

Enbridge has always had many great stories to tell — from long-standing support of arts and culture, to sharing plans with government, to connecting with landowners across the continent. But it hasn’t been easy to communicate with any consistency. Complicating things further, Enbridge used multiple agencies to tell these stories, resulting in brand and message fragmentation.
